Job Description
Sales
Plans PG and VAN policies and services. Recruits distributors, agents, and merchants, and provides related software and hardware.
Responsible for branding, marketing, and promotion of the Korpay payment system. Provides customized POS software and ERP design for each client, along with cloud services.
PG Operation and Management
Handles the registration of merchants and agents and provides service operation guidelines. Requires strong customer-oriented communication skills, analytical abilities, and business improvement capabilities.
Responsible for settling payments and managing deposits for merchants, agents, and sales agents. This role requires meticulousness and flexible thinking.
Handles complaints and cooperates with affiliated institutions such as card companies. Requires smooth communication skills, quick problem-solving abilities, and the establishment of legal procedures.
Acts as a liaison for PG operations with various external organizations and is responsible for policy discussions with financial supervisory authorities.
Prepares for the launch of new services and identifies improvements after opening. Collaborates with related departments to create new payment service processes.
Telecom Business
Supports SKT activation of mobile card payment devices and routers, as well as commission settlements.
Supports IT operations for corporate consignment merchants, manages VAN agency contracts, and assists with product orders and IT tasks.
IT
Monitors the performance, availability, and security of payment systems, designs and develops secure payment interfaces for users. Also develops and continuously maintains payment processing systems for web and mobile applications.
Designs and develops interfaces between the ERP system and other systems, and designs, develops, and maintains ERP software solutions that meet business requirements. Additionally, develops automated processes for data migration, synchronization, and validation.
Business Support
Handles performance evaluations, compensation, and labor-related tasks, and plans and operates HR systems.
Performs funding planning and settlement tasks, manages assets and other financial duties. Also conducts closing tasks for financial status and business performance analysis.
